Ice Hockey Skates Foot pain lower back pain? - arch pain in foot when ice skating

Well, the first time back on the ice after 10 years. Just bought a new S3 Easton skates. State twice now .. My feet hurt so much ... I can not bear, in which it for 5-10 minutes, then both. My back is too bad ... I wonder if this is normal or skates I wrong? I also have flat feet, but has never been a problem for me ... I hope this is not a problem for me now .. Have even bought an arch support in my shoes and do not seem to help ... Is it fair for you to part with?

It's good, small to big toe, design, bad, or you have to brake, to keep them in baked goods. Go to a hockey store (I like it when your shoes off, they will be) free to do and ask them to cook. He would go into a box-shaped case and heat for 5-10 minutes. If, for one, he immediately started and is defined by your foot!

When buying shoes should always ask someone for help. To me, sounds like a case does not play well with the line, making all the pain. It can also combo with flat feet.

Well, I did figure skating for 3 years and my figure skates a little bit small and have been on latly NHL games and I enjoy the game of hockey. Then I had a pair of Bauer Supreme 2090 yesterday, and I started to skate on it an hour later. I have ice skating all day. and when I'm home, I soaked my feet in a bucket of ice water. helps a lot. but my back hurts after 2 seconds after the on the ice. I always sit and rest a little and people with im sooo anoyed. all I can say is take a break while skating and recreation after. Good luck!

You can cook what the filling is heated inside the bay and slide the foot into the mold to the foot

You may also have been skating with the lower back, because God knows I did the same thing when I started skating back. You get more than you need to get excited just legs
